SmART is a project co-funded by the European Union, aimed at increasing high school students’ knowledge of their State Constitutions to enhance awareness and provide opportunities for them to actively contribute to decision-making processes and policy-making activities in their home countries.

Our objective is to provide a methodology to promote the knowledge and study of State Constitutions through the use of artistic tools and to offer a reference standard for European high school students.
